LiFan Hong was born in 1991 in Taiwan. She has been playing the piano since she was 5 years old. She graduated from music conservatory Saar majoring in piano with Prof. Anne Borg and elementary music education with Prof. Dr. Michael Dartsch and Prof. Ulrike Tiedemann. Afterwards her bachelor degree, she received a Master of Education in piano improvisation with Prof. Dr. Jörg Abbing. Since 2015, she has been giving piano lessons and leading early childhood music education for children groups.
